Production Time

Production time depends on the type of product and the quantity ordered. An estimated delivery date may be provided based on the order date and the complexity of the project. In most cases, standard or small quantity orders are completed within 6–8 business days.

If you require faster service, rush orders may be completed within approximately 72 hours, depending on the product and production schedule, when an express shipping option is selected. Orders that involve multiple production steps or specialized customization may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once production is completed, your order will be shipped the same day whenever possible. We deliver orders through trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, Skynet, Canada Post, and other registered carriers.

For security purposes, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, as all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We offer free shipping across Canada and the United States.

Please note that any delays caused by third-party courier services are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.

All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, shipping carriers handle packages independently, and we cannot guarantee against damage or loss during transit.

If you wish to authorize the courier to leave your package at your door, you must provide written authorization to the courier. Sticker Printing Canada will not be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after being left unattended at the delivery location.

Product Handling & Usage Instructions

If your ordered product requires assembly or special usage instructions, a handling or instruction manual will be provided. The instructions may be sent via email along with your order confirmation, and a printed copy may also be included inside the package when necessary.

Proof Options – We offer both digital proofs and hard copy proofs to help ensure that your design meets your expectations before production.

  • Digital Proof: Provided quickly via email and free of charge.
  • Hard Copy Proof: Requires physical production and may involve additional setup and manufacturing costs.
  • Digital proofs are the fastest and most commonly used option for reviewing artwork before printing.

Submitting Your Design – You can submit your artwork in several convenient ways when placing your order:

  • Upload your design directly during the online order process on our website
  • Send your artwork file via email
  • Share your file using cloud storage services such as Dropbox or similar file-sharing platforms

Our team will review your submitted files to ensure they are suitable for printing. If any adjustments are required, we will contact you before proceeding with production.
